Product Description
The series 500 WICO barrier system is a tough tamper proof barrier system, providing the perfect solution for prevention of unwanted wide vehicle access.
In the closed position it will allow vehicles up to 2100mm to pass through and when in the open position it allows vehicles of up to 3100mm to pass through. The 3100mm is within the required guidelines for emergency vehicles access.
Automated control options are currently in development, including Number Plate Recognition (NPR) proximity card, radio control, keypad and intercom. These will be available in the coming months.
Specification.
- Posts manufactured with10mm steel the two posts giving a total of 20mm thickness
- Multiple bearings allow one handed operation
- Quadrant and reinforced internally to give additional strength.
- Tamper proof locking system. 34mm steel pin passing through 5 layers of steel
- Pin can be secured with numerous locking devices eg FB lock, key code handle or high security coded lock
- Galvanised as standard but can be powder coated as an option.
